A wedding day is often the culmination of many months of planning and doing, or a number of years of dreaming into reality. Sometimes things come together in a very quick timeframe – creating magic just the same.

Whatever the lead up to your special day, the day itself is one that you will want to really savour – to be calm, present and in each moment – to enjoy every little (or huge) and delightful aspect of it.

From the very moment you wake up,
This is it !
Your Wedding Day

Couples can often get caught up in the whirlwind of the day – with so many guests to meet and greet, to spend time with, to thank, to honour for their part in your life and in your day. There’s the hours of getting ready, the arrival, the ceremony, the photos, the dance, the speeches, the toasts….

And then, of course, there is YOU… the TWO of YOU.

So make a little note, an agreement, that at some point during your evening, the two of you will stand together and just be with each other, gazing into each other’s eyes, or gazing out on the sea of people who have come to celebrate your day with you.

Or, slip away quietly for 5 or 10 minutes, just to catch your breath and check in with each other.

Have your maid of honour or best man, your mum or special friend help out. Task them to remind you, to set it up for you, to find a little quiet spot away from other guests.

And ENJOY this very special little private part of your very special day.
